At Bellamy Kitchen we understand that one plan does not fit all businesses. Therefore we have multiple options for our members. Please keep scrolling for pricing.
Inquiry and Application Process
We require 2 weeks to complete the onboarding process.
1. Email meredith@bellamykitchen.com for the intake link.
2. Complete intake form.
3. Receive an email with information call and tour options.
If you are missing any of the first 3 requirements you will be asked to complete those items before coming for a tour.
Tours are by appointment only, please do not show up to the kitchen without an appointment, you will not be given access.
There are group tours scheduled periodically throughout each month and are sent via email.
If you request a private tour a $50 refundable deposit is required to confirm. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no shows forfeit the $50 deposit. Businesses that sign up within 30 days of the tour are credited the $50 deposit.
Requirements
1. All Businesses must be registered with the State of NJ and have an EIN/Tax ID Number.
2. Insurance Policy with minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence, to include property insurance, personal injury and product liability with Bellamy Kitchen listed as Additionally Insured. We suggest FLIP.
3. ServSafe Food Managers Certificate (1 Managers certificate to be in the kitchen at all times) Food Handler’s Certificate (required for all additional staff)-NO EXCEPTIONS
4.Sign up for an account with The Food Corridor and upload your documentation. All bookings are submitted through The Food Corridor. NO EXCEPTIONS
5. Email meredith@bellamykitchen.com and schedule your Orientation Session. There is a $200 non-refundable Orientation and Account Set-Up fee for all members. This fee is due the day before your scheduled session in order to confirm the session.
6. Sign the Contract Agreement and remit the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is $250 and is refundable if the member is in good standing when leaving Bellamy Kitchen.
7. Apply for a Union City Food Establishment Business License (Food License). You can apply once you have a signed contract. Please call Wanda Nunez at the City Clerk's office for more details. (201) 348-5731

8. All businesses must be inspected by the Health Department and have their own Sanitation Report. This is not optional.
Payment Plans
Plans are selected and paid for at the beginning of the month. Please scroll to see options.
Additional hours can be booked throughout the month and will be charged on the following month's invoice.
Unused hours do not roll over into the following month.
Storage is reserved separately.
All plans include: Utilities (Water, Gas, Electric) Pest Control Services, Waste Hauling Services, Internet/WIFI, Weekly Deep Cleaning, Bathroom Supplies, Hand-Washing Supplies, Sanitizer, Floor, & Surface Cleaners, and General Maintenance & Repairs
